In the run up to your Expo we understand that your resources are precious to you, and deadlines are tight. We can offer full speaker management services or tailor a programme just to suit you which could include;

• Marketing materials:- request and collate biogs, photos and organisational summary
• Abstracts, Papers and Presentations:- produce speaker guidelines , submission requests, check and collate ready for show & rehearsals
• Chairman / Moderator notes:- produce if required
• Rehearsal schedule:- produce schedule and communicate pre event and confirm attendance
• Socials:- design, send invitations, collate attendees and special requirements
• Travel & Accommodation:- collation of the requirements
• Consent:- follow up pre and on site
• Content creation:- widescreen, backgrounds, ppt and digital signage
