The VIP Speaker lounge is a central area and exclusive area for Speakers, where they can have space, refreshments, continue to work, get online and have meetings.

The Speaker Lounge acts as the main point for all the speakers to start from, where each session will get together to run through the content and questions. All briefings are done in the speaker lounge. Speakers meet here for rehearsals and before going on stage so we know they are all present and can run through the latest information.

All presentations are loaded onto the main server in the speaker lounge, so they can be checked and updated as required. This means the right version will always run on the main screen and reduces risk of any problems significantly. It also allows for any last minute changes that are required to be made.

Then once the content has gone live we can collate and pdf ready to hand on to the press and Organiser for their marketing use.

• Speaker Manager: – Pre event and on site
• Speaker Co-ordinator: – Pre event and on site (dependent on amount of Speakers)
• Speaker room technicians: – to load, correct, update speaker ppt, plus build the show decks
• Widescreen technician: – to build content pre event and on site
• Venue producers: – 1 per conference room who act as the bridge between chairman and speaker room and technical crew. Essential for a profession event
• Production Manager: – Pre event and on site. To ensure that technically everything that is required is provided and works. That all external parties are briefed and work together.
